Return and Exchange Policy
At this time we don't accept returns, only exchanges. After you purchase a shirt, we donate $5 to WildAid, so we're not able to offer refunds.
Need to exchange your garments for a different size? No problem!
Contact us within 15 days of receiving your merchandise for an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your garment must be in its original packaging, unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. Please email us at email@example.com for instructions on how to start an exchange.
Items discounted over 20% are final sale.
Shipping on Exchanges
The Dive Collective is not responsible for return shipping costs.
Depending on where you live, shipping time can vary. When shipping an item for an exchange, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your item and we are not responsible for lost merchandise.
Defective or Damaged Goods
If your garment(s) is defective or damaged upon arrival, contact us within 15 days of receiving your garment(s) for an exchange. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll let you know how you proceed.
